>Our doc's department ... often incorporate material [that] is not
paginated, so the
>solution here is to print a page of page numbers ... waxing [them],
then cut[ting] out each
>individual page number with an exacto knife, drop it onto the page, and
>burnish it down.... This takes so much time, it's crazy.
>The question is then, if you have to incorporate **a lot** of outside
>documentation into new reports, how do you do it? Is there a solution?
I would suggest investing in a good scanner and OCR software and
converting all the old material into electronic documents that could be
easily inserted into your new documents.
