Below is the portion of the WIN.INI file that deals with Windows Help. Under
Jumpcolor, , Ifjumpcolor, Popupcolor, and Ifpopupcolor, the three numbers [
0:128:0 ] represent the RGB values for the color. The values 0:128:0 represent
that fugly green that is the standard.
