We have a contract opening for:

POSITION: Technical Writer and Trainer for a major Internet Service
Provider in San Francisco.

A seasoned contractor is needed to manage and produce a training package for
a major Internet Service Provider. The right candidate will design, develop
and deliver comprehensive Customer Technical
Support training programs and materials. They will also help to develop
diagnostic aids
and customer self-help tools.

*) 3-5 years of technical writing and training experience,
preferably training manuals documenting a technical
product, troubleshooting guide and/or SW users' manual
*) proficient with MS Office and Netscape
*) knowledge of HTML, ISDN, and telecommunications
*) Strong presentation and classroom training skills required.
*) Experience developing and delivering training presentations
*) degree in Education/Instructional Design, English, Technical
Writing or equivalent
