Lars, we have Pozidrive here in North America as well, although you
don't see them much (which is probably why I forgot about them until
now). In fact, they do indeed look very similar to Phillips heads,
with an extra "nib" between the main crosses. However, while a
Phillips driver or bit will usually work with a Pozi screw, a Pozi bit
will not work well with a Phillips screw head.

This is where it becomes more important to use the correct term rather
than something vague like "x-head". The same applies to "hex key",
which could be taken to mean either of the very different Allen or Torx
drivers.
