This is what interns are for. (And it's good training for them
on products, team structure, terminology, politics, etc.).

Talk to your boss, seriously. How much is the company
spending for you to take notes? If all they need is a transcript,
they they don't need a highly skilled Tech Writer to do it.
It's wasting resources, unless you get something out of it.
