This is not web-based, but William Robert Stanek's "HTML, CGI, SGML, VRML,
JAVA Web Publishing Unleashed", sams.net publishing does cover features
supported by HTML 2.0, HTML 3.0, Netscape 1.0, Netscape 2.0, IE 1.0, and IE 2.0.
