You don't say what type of LAN support you have, but to do what they want
properly would require something set up on the LAN. FWIW, if you have a LAN
and Windows NT, Exchange is a wonderful product to promote the type of
document sharing you need -- and it is easy to manage the public folder(s)
you could have assigned to yourself to administer the proposals. If you do
not have a LAN and are not currently NT-based, then there goes the low
investment of time and money aspect. There are other sharing environments,
however, and if your company has already invested in them, you should take
advantage (Lotus NOTES is another example).
