Your background will be hot-hot-hot, once you get that first year of
experience.

Approach your first job not from the $money$ and $salary$ perspective, but
from a skill-building perspective.

Find the job that provides the most responsibility, most training, and most
stress. Nevermind the pay.

Then, after 1-2 years, you will have some excellent interview conversation,
some serious skills, and the leverage to ask for real money.
