Here are a couple:

Worker (I like this one because it can apply to factory or white collar)
Subject (about as impersonal as you can get)
Member (eh. So-so)


And some others probably less-suited for general use:

Prole
Bee (as in worker)
Cog
Cubite (cubicle resident)
Unit (if you have employee numbers, this is the one to use)
