Actually, I believe this is in error. The *buyers* didn't return a
particularly huge amount (due to difficulties Virginia mentioned).

However, *Stores* returned a large number of Win95 boxes to their
wholesalers/Microsoft/whomever when sales didn't meet expectations. The
exact percentage? I don't really know...
