Anyone know how to cite a patent?

I'm creating corporate resumes for a proposal (yes, as a lone tech
writer I do just about everything!) and some of our team are patent
authors. They want to list these in the Publications section but I
can't figure out how to cite them. Chicago makes no mention of patents
as far as I can tell, and that's my primary reference. If you know,
could you email me privately? Otherwise I'll have to wing it. Thanks!
