The USDA grad school (http://grad.usda.gov) offers a variety of correspondence
courses. The Editing track includes basic, intermediate, and advanced editing,
technical editing, basic and applied indexing, publishing management, and
printing, layout, and design. Other tracks include Computer and On-Line
Communications, English and Writing, and Science and Engineering.
