I agree pretty much with your list; earlier this year I was contacted by
a recruiter who told me there were all kinds of tech writer jobs in the
Orlando/Tampa area. Sure was tempting, given the winter weather. I
would check with some of the major technical recruiters (Ciber, etc.) to
find out if that's still the case.
