We're looking for another documentation specialist at my company, so I
(with a little trepidation, I must admit :-)) thought I'd make the info
available here. I'm just cut-and-pasting it from our Web site, so my

*Documentation Specialist*
The Documentation Specialist will work to create electronic help and
documentation systems, maintain end user documentation for
electronic distribution and participate in the technology transfer for
Java, Web and Windows-based Ovid products.

Required Skills:
2-4 years documentation/training experience
Excellent writing skills
Experience using HTML to create online documentation
Experience writing for Microsoft Help
Knowledge of advanced features in word processing, desktop
publishing and graphics software
Familiarity with search software
Demonstrated ability to learn complex systems

Desired Skills:
Knowledge and use of Ovid products
Training experience
Experience in a software development environment
Experience with a variety of output formats (e.g. PDF)
