Royalties (in lieu of fee) and contract

Subject: Royalties (in lieu of fee) and contract

I'm being asked to revise a handbook on a royalty-only basis, am not sure
what to watch for in the contract.

I checked the archive, but the one posting I found requested private
responses.

Any suggestions?
