The best way that I've found to determine what size to make the demo
(resolution) is to ask the developers what the minimum requirements are
for screen resolution to run the program. I always opt to put the
graphics in as 16-color (2-bit?), as this dramatically decreases the
executable's size, and it'll display just fine on anybody's system.
