Ever heard "the cobbler's children go without shoes?"

For all you know, Robohelp hired a bunch of people with technical writing
degrees and assumed they could write. Or worse yet, told the people who
programmed it "You know what this system is supposed to do - why don't YOU
write the documentation?"
