Thank you to all those who wrote me to answer my question. There is one book
in particular which was recommended by most of those who replied, namely
"Mastering FrameMaker 5" by Tom Neuberger, published by Sybex. The ISBN
number is 0-7821-1717-0.

And for those of you who are new to the list and the profession, and who
didn't know a list existed for FrameMaker users (such as myself). Send the
message "subscribe framers" or "subscribe framers-digest" to
Majordomo -at- FrameUsers -dot- com -dot-

Two other books for FrameMaker 4 which were recommended are:

FrameMaker4 Solutions for UNIX by Jerney and Jerney, published by Wiley.
The Frame Handbook by Branagan and Sierra, published by O'Rielly & Associates.
