It sounds like the "good old" PS printer driver problem when using
the PS printer drives coming with Win3.1x or Win95. Since I started
using the PostScript version 4.1 printer driver I haven't suffered
any of these type of problems. It is downloadable from Adobe's
website at http://www.adobe.com.

Try it - if it doesn't solve this problem, it for sure avoids/solves
a lot of other problems, and it prints a lot faster.
