First Data Investor Services Group, a subsidiary of First Data
Corporation, has an opening for a Documentation Specialist in its
Westborough, Massachusetts headquarters.

A leader in the mutual fund services industry, First Data currently
services more than $370 billion of bank and mutual fund assets for over 100
investment management companies. Our software products span a variety of
platforms, from mainframe to client/server, stand-alone PCs, and the
Internet, and are installed and used by both internal staff and clients
nation-wide.

This position is responsible for writing and producing user and programming
documentation, as well as operational procedures. You will create and
maintain both printed and online publications in a rapidly changing,
multi-application development and mutual funds operations environment.

Applicants should have 1-3 years of related experience or academic training
in technical writing, and an understanding of programming and software
development concepts. Previous experience in a banking or mutual funds
environment is a plus.
