SnagIt/32 does a nice and easy job of this. Just fire up SnagIt
(available at http://www.techsmith.com as shareware), menu
select Input > Include Cursor, make the cursor appear the way
you like, then press the capture hotkeys. Any cursor shape
Windows can throw at you, SnagIt can capture. It also does
text and video captures.
