Lavonna asks how her company can attract suitable job applicants--she thinks
geography may be a problem.

Why not try telecommuting? Using remote writers puts a whole world of talent
at your disposal, regardless of your location. With appropriate internal
procedures, reputable writers, and modern methods of communication, you
should be able to run the project with as much control as you need. It makes
so much sense to take advantage of the ever-increasing capability of our
telecommunications systems, telecommuting has got to be the way of the
future. Take the plunge, start now.

Regards,
Dave.
