Jim Van Winkle had some good points regarding DemoShield4.
It was not, in its infancy, the most intuitive tool, to say the least.

Thankfully, we have just released version 5.2 - which eliminates
the cumbersome and complex interface that Jim referred to. In
addition to many other new impressive features, interactive product
demonstrations created with DemoShield can now be integrated
into all of the leading help authoring systems.

As of January 1, 1997, DemoShield Corporation came into its
own, complete with stand-alone development, technical support,
documentation, marketing, and sales departments. This has
allowed us to reorganize our company to best suit our customers'
needs.

I am particularly concerned with the report that any DemoShield
employee would claim that our Application Specialists were "in a
meeting." The report of any further similar incidences would be greatly

appreciated. We are highly dedicated to providing our customers with
the best software experience possible from pre-purchase to continued
post-sales technical support.

I am confident that if Jim, or any other DemoShield user, requires any
kind of customer service in the future, our technical support staff will
provide outstanding and timely service.
