acrobat backwards

A friend at work recently came across an Acrobat file that she liked the
layout of so much she wants to make a template of it - in Word presumably.

Hopeless question: She asks if there is any way to go from .pdf to,
say, Word.

Waiting here with my fingers crossed, looking skyward for a sign...
