The definitive book on internationalizing technical publications is
(IMNSHO) Nancy Hoft's *International Technical Communication*, published by
John Wiley & Sons, Inc., ISBN 0-471-03743-5. It is a most excellent guide,
including (in addition to lots of other valuable information) a section on
managing strategy.
