Seniority here seems to depend on how independently an employee operates, not
strictly on years of experience (although, of course, that's very important) or
on particular skills, except for the ability to manage others, manage projects,
and work independently.

Subject: Qualifications for "senior" tech writer?

I have been charged with researching the qualifications for Senior (as
opposed to Junior or Entry-level) Technical Writer, and am looking for any
information you might have. What makes one a "senior" technical writer?
Years of Experience? Uses both Word _and_ FrameMaker? Clever bribes? ;-)

Any ideas for other information sources?
