Jumps in WinHelp are to Topic IDs (# footnotes). These have to be
unique, (that is not RoboHELP but WinHelp) but Topic Titles ($
foootnotes) and headings in the topics don't have to be.
You can enter an alteration to your Topic IDs manually. However,
when a user does a full text search or possibly an index
selection, WinHelp displays a topics found list which uses the
Topic Title, so how will they know what to select if there are
multiple topics with the same Title?
The best option is to vary the title according to the
functionality such as "Adding a Contract from the..." or some
such distinctive phrasing.
I hope that helps.
