Yes!

1. If you don't have a PostScript printer installed on your system,
install one, printing to FILE, preferably using the Adobe PS 4.1
PostScript driver (downloadable from Adobe's website on
http://www.adobe.com). You don't need to actually have a
PostScript printer to do this.

2. Print your document to "file" using a PostScript printer driver.
The file will normally be given a name like myfile.prn or
myfile.ps.

3. Using the Adobe Acrobat Distiller (or Exchange), convert the .prn
or .ps file to a .pdf file.

If you do this frequently, you can make a Word macro which does it
automatically.

Please note, that unlike from PageMaker and FrameMaker, this method
will not generate active links from Word in the .pdf file.
