I think you can't, Brian. I guess the Frame file is too complicated for
PDFwiter and you'll have to use Distiller. If you use Distiller
Assistant the whole process is a one-click affair.
The Acrobat Manual warns for this kind of problem: PDFwriter is for
simple documents, Distiller for complex ones, but the manual doesn't
tell what's the limit. I guess you just crossed it.
