Yikes! Several different ways in ONE document?
Wired Style (Principles of English Usage in the Digital Age) follows the
philosophy "when in doubt, close it up," and goes with email. The
Associated Press Stylebook prefers the hyphen and uses e-mail.
Neither source calls for an uppercase e unless, of course, email begins the
sentence.
