survey of inhouse clients

Subject: survey of inhouse clients

Have you conducted a survey of the people you service in house?

For example have you asked them:

what they think of particular services you offer

do they want other services from you

are they happy with the standards of services you supply

etc

Are there any traps in conducting such a survey?

Is there something one should do, or not do, in such a survey?

Thank you
