Thanks to everyone who responded to my request for monospaced fonts. You
can certainly learn a lot by asking the right group! For anyone who might be
interested, here's a list of some of the fonts folks suggested:

Quick Type Mono
Arial Alternative
Century Schoolbook Mono BT
FuturistFixedWidth
Lucida Console
Monospac821 BT
RomanFixedWidth
Letter Gothic
Lucida Sans Typewriter

Not all of the fonts are freebies, and not all of them have come up with a
download site when I use a search engine, but I thought that I'd pass the
list along for anyone who wishes to do their own research.

Microsoft has a site for downloading a few fonts at the following address:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fontpack

Thanks again for your help, folks!
