The CorelDraw suite often comes with a font manager. I have Corel8 now,
which includes the Bitstream Font Navigator. I confess I don't use it (don't
have that many fonts!), but a quick check of the Print Help shows several
print options "For selected fonts":

Sample

Prints a two-line sample for all family members of fonts you
selected.
Here is an example:
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz 01234567890 &$.,:;!?

Family

Prints one-line text and block text samples for all family
members of fonts you selected. For each font family, this
option prints sample text at 8, 11, 16, and 24 point. It
prints block text at 11 point.
Click Options to change the sample text to print.

Character Chart

Prints a character chart for fonts you selected.
Click Options to change the number of character charts
to print for each font family you selected.

Not that you should buy an expensive SW package just to get this font
manager! But if you have any need for a graphics package, Corel sure has a
lot of value! You could also check out earlier versions, which are still
sold, to see what font managers they include.
