I had just an opposite experience with BlueSky Technical Support than is
being discussed.

I am a very new user of RoboHELP and when I ran into a problem I
couldn't solve, I e-mailed B-S (no pun intended) tech support. They
responded within a couple of hours and solved my problem completely.
What can I say?
