Hey, people...

It has come to my attention that my technical writing web site
http://www.tdandw.com just passed 10,000 hits last night, since last
November.

Unfortunately, due to real-job conflict, I have not had the time to
update the site for the last few months. OTOH, I have been saving
(almost) every email being tossed around that I believe contained a
resource useful to our profession.

As my way of saying thank you to those that have been frequenting my
site, over the next week or so, I'm going to updating my site (content
and format) with as many of the appropriate resources that I can.

I also make this request. If you have any resources that you would like
to see placed on the site, send me (not to list) an email with the
information and/or url and I'll do my best to include it in the update.
There is not charge for any inclusion, even agency or self-promotion
material. If I feel it is appropriate and techwriter and/or contractor
related, I'll do my best to make it available.

In addition, after the site has been updated, I will be submitting my
site to the search engines.

Again, to those of you that have been/will be visiting the site, thanks.

My opinions are mine, and neither you nor my company can take credit for
them.

"One ought, every day at least, to hear a little song, read a good
poem, see a fine picture, and, if it were possible, to speak a few
reasonable words.", Goethe
"Say all you have to say in the fewest possible words, or your reader
will be sure to skip them; and in the plainest possible words or he will
certainly misunderstand them.", John Ruskin
