Help University, Inc and Influent Technology Group have combined their fall
conferences into one not-to-be-missed event. If you are involved in
managing, leading, designing, or creating information that is distributed
electronically - WinHelp, HTML Help, or 'Net-based - then this conference
is for you.

We offer seven tracks, each with a pre-conference seminar and eight or more
conference sessions:

* Strategic Management
* Project Management
* Information Design
* Online Communications
* Technical Online
* Help Fundamentals
* Advanced Help Authoring

Some of the most influential people in the industry will present at the
conference, and the growing list of sessions and presenters ensures that
this conference will be the most exciting event of the year. Seminars will
cover such hot topics as XML and Knowledge Repositiories. Accepted
conference sessions will cover developing support information, writing for
online delivery, designing information for your users, turning doc groups
into profit centers, how to work with translation vendors, improving
navigation aids, mapping online information, and many, many more.

Bookmark the web site - http://www.influent.com/online/index.htm - and
check it frequently as much more information will be posted in the next few
weeks.

There are still some session slots available for experienced presenters. If
you would like to be part of this dynamic and exciting event, please
contact me.
