1. Take one of the binders you are going to use.
2. Take a wad of the exact spec of paper you are
going to use.
3. Punch and insert as necessary.
4. Stop when you have a binder you feel comfortable
with.

Measure it, rather than accepting opinion based
on someone else's situation.
