Because this is a marketing post. Carl Kalin (listed as an Act. Exec.)
is not a writer and is simply trying to market his Web business. Look
at his URL and you will see that the site he pointed to is sponsored by
Kalin whatever.

In otherwords, this is a shameless marketing spam message.

He is definitely "brand new" to the group. I doubt he's ever read a
single message from the list. And I question the sincerity of his
apology.
