Jean Clougherty wondered how to copy an identical image map between
multiple pages, given that PageMill doesn't seem to support this
directly. Jean, assuming that there's no easier way to do this
directly from within PageMill, I can think of two simple and robust
ways to do it:

1. The easy way: Create your first page in PageMill, complete with
the image map but minus the text, and save it to disk as
"template.htm". Then open the file in PageMill, paste in the text
where you want it, and save the file to disk ("save as") with the
appropriate name (e.g., "pagex.htm"). Repeat for all remaining pages
until you've got the job done.

2. The hard way: Same basic notion, but instead open the HTML file in
any ASCII editor. Select and copy the portion of the code that refers
to the image map, then working in the same ASCII editor, paste it
into all subsequent pages at the relevant locations. Reopen the files
in PageMill for fine-tuning the layout.
