This solution is the major complaint I have with Word password protection.
It's about as secure as a locked covertible with the top down.

1. Open the document click the Read-Only button
2. Select Save As from the File menu.
3. Click the Options button.
4. Deselect/Delete any password options in the dialog box and click OK.
5. Give the file a new name and click Save.

Voila! No more password protection and the Word document is open for

Now where did I put my covertible...?
