Suzette,

It is always worthwhile to become an STC Member. The 14 publications that
you receive are well worth it. Also, the SIGs also help you remain in
touch.

We are trying to form an STC India chapter. But the same problem as yours
is faced. We are all geographically separated.

BTW, TWIN (Techical Writers of India mailing list) brings us all together in
one forum.

I hope you will become an STC member soon and benefit from it.
