I have no idea what company this is. Situations sounds unfortunate,
but the logic of the ending is confusing.

If it's good that documents are being QA checked, wouldn't that be bad
news for the "bad" writers and good news for the "good" writers?
Although you haven't revealed what the criteria are for being "good"
(sounds like they're part of the silent conspiracy). Wouldn't the bad
writers be leaving (they're being busted after all) and the good ones
staying?
