Two worthwhile books to help you define career goals:
What Color Is Your Parachute?
(the old standby, but it really is great)
The Truth About You, by Arthur Miller and Ralph Mattson
(especially good for discovering what really motivates you--money, recognition, learning, helping, etc.)
Good luck to everyone out there struggling with this issue!
