What documentation tool?
I'm submitting this question on behalf of a friend. She is working as one of two tech writers at a Telecom company.
Quick Question: What is the main application your company (past, present or
future) uses for documentation?
I'm trying to steer away from Word. We currently use Word and import text
into QuarkXpress, then use templates to format the document. I was asked to
find out what applications other technical writers were using. Can you let
me know, and maybe pass this along to others?I
