"Over the past year, I have promised myself that I will fully investigate
programs such as Speech to Text and Speaking Naturally, for this exact
reason. After working for over a year in excruciating pain, due to CTS, I
determined that there had to be a better way."

HI Suzette! Read your post and thought I'd tell you that I am currently
testing Dragon Naturally Speaking for a client with CTS. Just thought you
might want to know that DNS is not all it's cracked up to be, and does slow
your ability to get documents out.

Plan to spend 3-4 hours installing and configuring, and _at least_ 15 hours
training the vocabulary bulider. Even then, you may have problems, and your
system WILL malfunction if it isn't as fast as possible, with LOTS of RAM,
and considerable hard drive space.

(The system I'm testing the software on is a P133 with 32Mb of RAM, 2GB hard
drive. DNS takes up at least 100MB of hard drive space, and needs the same
min requirements my PC has, but it will slow everything down if you don't
have at least 64Mb RAM, and a P200. If you want to use DNS with MS Word, get
more RAM, and ALOT of patience.)
