One way to do this is to create the bulleted list in Word and then copy it
and select Edit/Paste Special in Excel (selecting the Microsoft Word
Document Object option). This embeds the Word list in your Excel document.

For those who are familiar with Microsoft Excel, I've got a question that
stumped several around the office, and remains unanswered (perhaps because
nature, the task cannot be executed). Here it is: Is it possible to
"bulleted" list in Excel, and if so, how?
