I've not been able to use cascaded style sheets with NetScape 4.0. But, I
have made a template with a pre-defined <STYLE></STYLE> section. To do
this, I used the text/javascript construction. The following worked for me:

<STYLE TYPE="text/javascript">

} = "120px""rgb(255,255,204)""0px","0px","0px","0px")
tags.body.marginTop = -3
