It depends. :-) If it's in hard copy, usually not, but I have been known to
remind people to check out the glossary. If it's in online help, I'll make
popups for important terms, if it doesn't interfere with the presentation and
usability of the help file. I've also been known to add a Glossary button to my
help instead of using popups--it all depends on my audience.
