Hi, Gang,

Many thanks to all who have replied to my request for
advice regarding quick reference cards (or whatever term
is used to describe them).

I received a lot of good advice as to sizes and their
particular uses. I think I will spend some quality time
designing a system for us to use.

Many thanks.

Deborah -

The booklet you refer to falls in the category of Quick References. The one
thing these booklets (or whatever the form - it can be a card or a set of
them,
or all sorts of other things) have in common is that they're brief and
designed
to help the user get productive right away. And most software packages have
one of them included.

They come in many versions, depending in part on the package, part on the
definition of the user, and part on what the developers feel is important to
know right away. But the important common element is that they're something
that can be used quickly.
