Specific Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Research and write documentation for network security products, including
SunScreen firewalls and i-Planet remote access. Help develop and maintain
archive. Learn what its like to be in a cutting-edge publications group, and
how to put out documentation on "internet-time"

THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS ARE TYPICALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH:
Typical number of years of relevant experience: Intern
Minimum level of education: College coursework
Fields of study: technical communications
Additional specialized coursework: Publications, UNIX

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
